Alexander Keil - about me

I enjoy exploring different flavours of life, because the world is colourful and full of experiences we can enjoy.

That's why you can see that my path in this world has guided me through various areas, including running my own IT, web, and marketing company for around 11 years, during which I've taken care of approximately 55 clients worldwide, helping them grow.

At the same time, I have been practising Vipassana Meditation since 2009 alongside many years of Yoga and other practices.. Over the years, I completed several Trainings and an additional Breathwork Teacher Training under Anthony Abbagnano from the Alchemy of Breath Institute, as well as studied for some time with other breathwork schools, including BioDynamic Breathwork (BBTRS), Wim Hof, and Dan BrulĂ©.

With a passion for spiritual practices and healthy cooking, I, along with Martina Drechsel and Amy, decided to open a small retreat centre on the beach in Sri Lanka in 2017. Which is called "Green Peace Inn - Yoga | Health | Retreats". Since 2018, I have facilitated over 60 personal growth retreats at this venue.

In 2020, we started a new project called "husma - retreats", where we want to grow our retreats to other countries, we started 2023 to teach the first retreats in Germany.

My unique approach is rooted in discovering the power of the breath, emotions, mind, and everything our bodies consume. I now bring together all my learnings and share from my experience.

Green peace Inn Sri lanka

A little retreat centre for 16 people, very close to the beach of Weligama. We practice yoga, breathing, and meditation from November to April, exploring different styles, while also enjoying some time on the beach, surfing, and receiving massages.

husma retreats

Our intention in creating a new project was to expand beyond Sri Lanka. "Husma" means "breath" in Sinhalese, the local language of Sri Lanka.
We are currently working on various concepts.
